Teach bfopen not to read big images

Description
Right now, bfopen always tries to open the full images, regardless of how big they might be. To solve this, the following changes are necessary:
- update bfGetPlane to have optional parameters that specify a tile
- update bfopen to check the plane size before opening it and either print a warning or open a fixed-size tile using the new bfGetPlane
