BUG: Preview ROIs in Web Safari

Description
When previewing the ROIs in Safari, only the thumbnails of regions are shown which have multiple shapes under themselves. No thumbnails for one-shape regions and for the shapes under the multishape ROIs. This works though well for Opera, IE8 and Firefox running under Windows 2003.

This is not the bug that was originally reported in #9804 (Safari working fine now) but was
noticed as part of that testing.

Seems that Safari is working now too!
But a couple of other bugs fixed in https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/450 (Shapes that have no Z or T specified & Polygons with only a single point)
