Hi there,
when I open the Measurement Tool from this image, only the Manager and Inspector tabs are displayed. When I draw a line and then zoom in, the line length is not adjusted. Furthermore, when I switch the units to Microns, I have verified that the measurement is false.
This image has been generated by a LEICA DM6000 as the stitching of other images (Imaged 2012-06-13_NO HS_GFP-PETRI-pl1.lif [Plant1_leaf6_Pos001_S001] to [Plant1_leaf6_Pos009_S001]).
This problem does not arise with all the images generated in this way (see for example Imaged 2012-06-13_NO HS_GFP-PETRI-pl1.lif [Plant1_leaf7_Merging001]), but arises with some other files.
I use the 4.3.3 version.

For big images, we only allow to draw the shapes and not analyze them. This is a limitation. We will need to review the way we load plane of large images.
This is too big for 5.0.3
