Description

Beyond simply getting files into FS (#909) while making sure the created paths are sensible (#9821), users will also want to access and modify the repository. (Though still short of having a full repository browser. For that, see #2128).

These are largely UI-driven and will frequently be split into web & insight versions of the same functionality.

This looks largely done. Closing since 10850 is likely only a "nice to have" and may be closed.
