Bug: groups can be renamed to empty strings

Description
Using the Administration panel in Insight and selecting a group the group name can be deleted and Save can be clicked. The group name is then updated to an empty string. See attached screenshots. (In other contexts where fields are required to be non-empty the Save button is not active.)
