With IcePatch enabled, think about simplifying the deployment directory

Description
Currently, the distribution layout looks something like:
etc/ bin/ lib/ components/ build.xml ivy.xml ... var/ # <-- generated at runtime
it might be possible with OmeroShell to reduce the main distribution down to:
bin/ etc/ lib/ var/ # <-- generated
and for nodes:
bin/ etc/ var/ # <-- generated, with var/NODENAME/distrib containing lib
