Bug: Refreshing the tree results in -1 for getGroupId() on ImporterModel

Description

Refreshing the tre hierarchy in Insight results in -1 being returned for the function getGroupId() in ImporterModel?. The error is produced in ImporterComponent?.setContainer(...)

This results in a crash as the ImportDialog? / LocationDialog? expect it to be a valid group id.

Just notcied that it occurs when I select to show another group. -1 is being broadcast via the same stack.

To Test:

Open the importer.
Go back to the data manager
Click the refresh button
Make sure that the group is not -1 in the importer.
