Description

See file in hamamatsu/qi and http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2015-April/005268.html.

Setting the 'use64Bit' flag unconditionally in NDPIReader seems to help with reading the pixels, but also breaks metadata (e.g. physical pixel size) parsing.
