Description
To help in testing web apps based on omeroweb, webgateway will get the basic support for allowing easy implementation of selenium testing on django apps.

Code cleanup:
- Removing some spurious logging
- Adding a TimeIt? decorator that allows setting the log level
- Changing a few marshaled var names to camelCase
Small tweaks to improve testing.
- web plugin 'call' and 'test' improved
- added _getParentLink to objectwrapper
- fixed jsonp decorator arg passing
