Ola, take a look at #2932. There's definitely a need to add a DeleteHandlePrx.close method, and we will need to use that across all clients. However, if close is not called, I'm not sure that a proxy should just cease to be accessible. Can you explain the requirement?

Discussion with Jean-Marie, Ola, Josh: callback.close() will call a to-be-added handle.close() which will remove the service. There may be other use cases where developers don't want the service removed when the callback is finished, but this will be handled separately.
