Description
In 4.3 it was impossible to make a Read-Only / Read-Annotate into a Private group.
Webclient didn't allow it and our docs stated the same.
Now, 4.4 sever does allow this and Insight allows it. However, you get any illegal links (annotations etc) severed without warnings.
For 4.4 we need to update the documentation for users.
For 4.4.1, Insight should provide a warning & Confirm dialog in Insight.
In Web, we should allow it and provide similar warning.

In web, Admins can change a group to Private, Group owners can't.
When choosing to move group to Private - a dialog warns that Annotations will be removed.

Group Owners still cannot change group to Private.
When Admins choose 'Private' they get a warning dialog

Problem seen
- Checked for a warning & Confirmation dialog but the dialogue message is separated by ? instead of spaces. Seen screenshot attached.

Which version of Java are you using b/c I do not see that at all

Only admin can downgrade a group to private. A warning message
is displayed.
