Bug: Insight plate import did not show available screens

Description
- Choose screens panel
- Click import in toolbar
- Selected test_images_good/flex
- Dialogue appeared "Import Location"
- Screens tab showed dropdown with "-- No Screen --"; no other screens were shown in the dropdown, despite there being two screens present
- Clicking "refresh" in the dialogue then filled the dropdown with the available screens. However, these screens were present prior to starting the import, and so should have been present from the start.
