Support repeated image IDs in the web table view

Description
In the web table view each image has a DOM ID based on the image, e.g. image-<ImageID>. The OMERO.searcher results list may contain multiple entries for the same image if it has multiple entries in the ContentDB, e.g. with different matching C/Z/T, so you'll end up with duplicate IDs.
Assuming IDs are always in the form TYPE-ID an optional app-specific suffix could be added (TYPE-ID-EXT) which the builtin general/acquisition/preview tabs can ignore.
