Individual python test execution doesn't work — at Initial Version

Description

For instance, from the example from http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4-staging/developers/testing.html,

./build.py -f components/tools/OmeroPy/build.xml test -DTEST=test.t_permissions

gives,

ERROR: file not found: test.t_permissions

I also tried some variants of it. I don't know if the ant build is broken or the actual tests.
