Since Django 1.6 upgrade is a breaking change for web, needs to be well documented in FS docs. (I'm assuming we're not back-porting to dev_4_4)??
E.g.

NoReverseMatch: 'url' requires a non-empty first argument. The syntax changed in Django 1.5, see the docs.

This is expected but 1) we'll need to update all of our apps and 2) we should be VERY clear about this in the upgrade info.
