Description
Work on #11779 has yielded an initialize method that would be a great basis for producing a handy directory of material for HQL queries. Priority is "major" because hflynn had a request, "for more user friendly documentation of database query stuff".

Sorry, by separate file, I meant a separate XML file so that you can create an application context with just that config file.

With users having to adapt to model changes, and my having to communicate with the UX team about model graph traversal, bumping this up to sooner.

I wonder how hard it is to write a standalone Java application that has access to the same Spring application context as OMERO.blitz so that it may use its beans.
