Description

In Web, when clicking onto the Attachment plus sign and selecting a local file to attach, the action does not proceed.
Instead, "NO FILES ADDED" message appears in the right-hand pane.

This bug was orinally reported during testing of ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3187

A note was added on Trello General pane board as well as the General pane PR ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3207
