Bug: web plate deletion recovers no disk space — at Initial Version

Description
In web on develop, when I delete a plate the options on the submitted Delete request include /Image=KEEP, ensuring that all of the well sample images are retained, so no actual files are deleted; they subsequently appear as orphaned images.
(Also, if I click the "also delete any annotations...", it still seems to be including options, /TermAnnotation=KEEP, /FileAnnotation=KEEP, /TagAnnotation=KEEP; I don't know if that's a feature.)
I would guess that the problem is that, in the graphs reimplementation, I misunderstood what /Image=KEEP means: I thought it means, "don't delete the images", but it obviously means something else and I'll have to adjust the graphs facades to match.
