Feedback 147:re-importing exported img ignores ds

Looks like images which are exported from OMERO fail to be linked to target datasets on re-import. My guess is that this is coming from the lsids which are used:

For example, from test_good_images/ome-tiff, the only file which shows this behavior is "8x binning" which is also the only one with a differing lsid:
