Problem with thumbnail cache?
If I edit rendering settings in thumbnail view, and apply to all - OK. Thumbnails updated.
But if I edit the settings and apply all AGAIN, it seems that the thumbnails are deleted.
It hangs on "0%" trying to refresh the thumbnails and even after I quit and log in again, the thumbnails are gone, but new ones are created if I edit settings on each image.
However, I cannot paste settings to all images to make new thumbnails for all at once.

Fixed in r5499. This may make thumbnail creation for large plates slower, we'll have to do some performance testing.

Little performance fix in r5500 as well.

This may only happen when the server is slow.
Just tried to reproduce this bug and everything was working OK.
