Failure in .newTable() method after deleting an older original file.

Description
Deleting an originalFile and then reinitializing it using newTable(sameOriginalFileNameAsBefore) and it seems the newTable method just hangs when you try to reuse it..
no feedback just a very long pregnant pause from the connection <Smile.png> However the server log has this:
