Throw a SessionException if setSecurityContext called during active method — at Version 1

Discussion in office: Insight is currently preventing changing active group if there are methods active. Some of this logic can be pushed to the server. Options:
- throw
- block
- multi-stage ("can i change yet?)
- client callback
Initially, we will just throw an exception. Clients should still disable the functionality locally if an activity is in-progress (cf. an import)
