Add getHyperCube method

Description

Possible methods include:

  byte[] getHypberCube(long[] start, long[] stop, long[] step);
  float[] getHyberCubeAsFloat(...);
  int[] getHypberCubeAsInt(...);
  ...

An alternative would be to do the mappings in each SDK.
