Add a few more options to bfconvert — at Version 4

In particular:
- '-range', similar to showinf's '-range'
- '-channel', to convert a specific channel
- '-timepoint', to convert a specific timepoint
- '-z', to convert a specific Z section
- one more output file name pattern: "%A", which will be replaced by the acquisition timestamp for the first image in the output file

The '-range' option is now available.
It would also be nice to have '-version' and '-nogroup' (just like in showinf).

It would also be nice to have a '-crop' option, since so many large image formats are now supported.
