Description
To make the changes for #4731 efficiently while preparing for OmeroFs, it will be helpful to refactor the ome.services.blitz.repo classes from tools/OmeroImporter into blitz/. All of the implementats of RawFileStore and RawPixelsStore will be unified using only different PixelBuffer implementations (or similar). To make this happen, it will be necessary to wrap all of the OmeroImporter imported classes in an extensible provider interface. This could also be used by Insight to prevent a compile-time dependency on tools/OmeroImporter.
