"java omero deploy" should check for a single EAR file.

Description
omero_ds_fix branch:
When changing the name of the EAR file with product.properties, it can happen that two ears exist in the app/target directory. If both get copied to the application server, deployment will fail. Instead, the build should check for multiple EAR files.
