Hi JM,
It looks like the Mave_Movie script already supports selection of channels - just need to expose this in the custom UI.

Comment: Hi,
When making movies from files with multiple channels it would be very uiseful to have a choice which channels to use in the movies. E.g. I must make a movie which includes a chanel used for technical purposes but not analytical ones and it's actually blurring the image as there is too much unnecesary data.
Possibility of making movies from ROIs would be another great feature.
