Description

For each OME-XML revision we have a stylesheet that upgrades XML instances documents of that revision to the latest schema format. These should be unit tested.

The direction of all annotation links have been reversed. Now objects in the model link to annotations, not the other way around.
Merging of LogicalChannel and ChannelComponent into the new Channel
Pixels now link to Channel
