Plan to integrate OAV with OMERO in several ways:

  • Web: OAV to open OMERO images (converting to mrc on the fly)
    • Convert to mrc, using TiltPicker (DONE)
    • Provide scaling to downsample bigger maps. Use scipy.ndimage (DONE)
    • Only display "Volume Viewer" option for appropriate-sized images (DONE)
  • OAV stand-alone client
  • OAV integrated into Insight
