Description

For instance, currently an imported file set uses its full path under the unique repository directory:

/OMERO/ManagedRepository//root/2012/1/2/dv/Users/colin/testimages/dv/example.d3d.dv
/OMERO/ManagedRepository//root/2012/1/2/dv/Users/colin/testimages/dv/example.d3d.log

It needs to be:

/OMERO/ManagedRepository/root/2012/1/2/dv/example.d3d.dv
/OMERO/ManagedRepository/root/2012/1/2/dv/example.d3d.log

This need several changes to OMEROMetadataStoreClient with some refactoring.
