VM: Run renew dhcp script at boot if no IP address

Extends functionality of #6865 to automate the process of renewing the DHCP lease when VirtualBox? fails to allocate an IP address. This is especially important if you have launched the VM in headless mode because you then cannot access the VM to fix it.
If the VM is launched in console mode then you can log in and execute:
$ dhclient -r $ dhclient eth0
Script needs to be added to be copied to VM and added to init.d so that it is run during the boot process.
Therefore, when the VM has booted we should include a boot script that runs after everything else has been started which checks whether the VM has an IP address for the eth0 interface, if it does not then it should use the above commands to get a new IP address.
