Once #6213 has been completed and the HIC silo & websilo code is refactored and streamlined, the most generalizable core methods, e.g. table, column, & row retrieval methods, should be folded into the Blitz Gateway (or other core python modules) ready to be pulled into the mainline and made available to non-hic OMERO.tables users
