Initial plan is to have chgrp option available via toolbar or right-click on tree.
Dialog will ask user to choose group. When server functionality allows, dialog will allow user to choose Project or Dataset within the destinatin group.
Chgrp calls will get added to the queue, same as delete, and appear in the Activities panel.
Work has already started at http://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/tree/web_chgrp
