Rendering Engine and Thumbnail Store Transactional Caching

Description
There is currently a problem when a user makes rendering settings changes in one thread of control and then goes back to another thread of control when using the stateful services. Essentially, each stateful service maintains a running cache of Hibernate object state and this causes rendering settings to not be properly updated between services. This is especially evident when a user makes rendering settings changes in the Insight viewer and then attempts to see a thumbnail update in the Insight data manager.
