Bug: insight doesn't offer dataset on drop down

Clicking on the dropdown "--No dataset--" doesn't provide any dataset options. Is this expected?

- If a project with no datasets is selected, then no other choice.
- If no project selected and no orphan dataset, same
- If a project with datasets is selected and the other datasets are not shown, that's a bug.
- If no project selected and some orphaned datasets exist, that's a bug

Reproduced, but only after clicking on the screen toggle and back to PDI.

Merging #5308:
In the Insight Importer: when first starting up the Project dropdown displays existing projects. However, after creating a new project and importing okay the project dropdown no longer displays any existing projects.

Understood the problem, this is b/c the objects have not yet been saved.
When you toggle between P/D and S (or refresh), I reload the container.
The containers to create e.g. project are only created when the import happens.
