Bug: insight import pdi/spw buttons function as toggles

Clicking on the icons under "Select Data to Import" toggles whereas I'd expect it to stick. The coloring changes as well, so that one is greyed and one is shadowed. For me it was confusing.
Merging #5357:
The individual buttons for a project/dataset and screen for where to import data toggle between each other. So it is possible to double click the project/dataset button without realising you have switched to the different view.
It would be recommend with using the two buttons that the toggle is removed.

- PDI is select
- I click on SPW. UI changes. SPW becomes grayed and shadowed.
- I click on SPW again. UI changes. PDI becomes grayed, but SPW stays shadowed.
I'd expect nothing to happen if I click SPW again.

- Use one button and change the icon depending on the context
- Swap refresh and selection
- Display text next to the button to indicate the context i.e. P/D or S
