Wrap os.kill calls in processor.py to use w32api under Windows

Description
To make the processor work under Windows, it will be necessary to wrap all calls to os.kill. See http://www.python.org/doc/faq/windows/#how-do-i-emulate-os-kill-in-windows
Note: therefore processing/scripting is not supported on Windows in milestone:3.0-Beta3
