Description

Currently the 'GettingStarted?.html' page is actually 'OMERO.clients' and links to itself.

Also, are the sections in the index page really in the most useful order? Should the "development Process' section actually be nearer the top? For example, it has been commented that 'Developer Policies' is actually one of the most useful pages but this is buried right near the bottom of the page.
