Prepare HCS MIF chgrp/delete examples

Description
Brought up by Chris during demo 4.1, HCS may be the best example of MIF data in terms of the amount of data out in use. We could have another short round HCS chgrp/delete examples during demo 4.2.

See also squig team/simon/bbbc017 - note that the Finder has problems to show the files inside this folder, but these are visible when using cmd line. It would be probably not wise to duplicate this amount of data on squig. Will talk with @spli and @kgillen to figure out the tactics here.

Everything is now under data_repo/public/images/HCS/. Still struggling with the bbbc017 files import, but in principle this is done. Closing.

Now that we can import again plate. We can tackle that one. Boosting it to blocker since the testing of plate was limited.
