As has been discovered during the prep for Paris 2013, there are a couple of issues with the Web deployment docs:
- ISAPI-WSGI exe installer doesn't work on Windows 7 (exe compiled against old version of .Net - 1.1). The solution is to install using python setup.py install. This step has to be documented. Also PyISAPIe might be an alternative,
- omero.web.application_server doesn't have to be set for IIS. Verify.
