BUG: Splashscreen Webstart Mac OS

Description
During testing of the RC 5.0.0 Beta 1 . Go to Gretzky (= the 5.0.0 Beta 1) on Mac OS 10.8. Download the Webstart and launch it.
In the splashscreen, try to add new server to the list (clicking onto the spanner icon).
- the layout is not right - you cannot see the whole list of servers (see screenshot)
Further workflow:
- Click on "+" to add a new server name and write it into the line.
- When you have done previous step, the "Apply" button became greyed out - you cannot apply your newly introduced server
- Click "Cancel" instead, and then again the spanner and navigate to your new server in the list and select it - now the Apply button is clickable and everything works
