Description
Curtis recently bumped the slf4j version in Bio-Formats:
- https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/623 - 5.0.x
- https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/622 - 4.4.x
To prevent any non-determinism that might arise from having different logging versions (which is *already* the case), OMERO should be brought into line with Bio-Formats and re-use the same jar. Other versions can be deleted.
It's assumed that there are no API breakages in slf4j between 1.5.x and 1.7.x that would cause end-users any problems. If anyone knows of such a breakage, please speak up.

Moving to 4.4.9 after discussion with Melissa. Colin, should we hold off merging https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/623 and https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/622 until this is done?
