Description (last modified by hflynn)
Similar to strategy with the new script sharing service, it would be nice to have a plone page for web apps/plugins and corresponding documentation.
(Use apps for user-facing stuff, they don't need to understand developer distinction between apps with new UIs and plugins which add stuff to the existing OMERO.web UI)

Helen: probably ok to merge. We'll still need a very app-centric entry point, but I think Sebastien was thinking about something like this regarding "what's installable via pip", in which case this is likely already recorded on trello.

Ok, closing this ticket but will leave card on Trello for revisiting.
Given we now have a whole bunch of web apps under the partner project section, do we still want a separate web app sharing page or shall I just close this since the doc updates are done? Alternatively, I could shunt it to unscheduled and we could revisit another time?
