Running applications by UNKNOWN publishers will be blocked in a future release

Description
Following the update to Java 1.7.0_45 a warning dialog (see screenshot) is displayed when starting insight as a webstart application:
Running applications by UNKNOWN publishers will be blocked in a future release because it is potentially unsafe and a security risk.
This occurs on the released versions (e.g. nightshade) as well as the daily CI builds.
