BUG: Login dialog sometimes fails on the first time

Description
This bug occurred once after I upgraded to Java 1.7.0_45:
- Start Insight using webstart.
- Enter username and password
- Click Login, it fails
- Reenter any password (doesn't have to be correct)
- Click login, it works
Version: 5.0.0-beta1-1073-ee2ba20-ice33-b453
Nothing in the Insight logs.
Note after I restarted Insight the bug was no longer present. This means I couldn't verify whether a similar issue exists with the local clients and/or howe.

This occurred again today on the FS upgrade testing server. Insight webstart 5.0.0-beta1-1424-24b6488-ice34-b14. This is repeateable by going to switch user, but goes away after completely restarting Insight.

I have not seen it and not been able to reproduce.

This seems highly concerning. If it's not reproducible, so be it, but J-m if you have any ideas where it could be coming from or how we could reproduce, let us know.
