Description
General behaviour for IE8's big image viewer is now good enough to make it usable, but there are still a few known open issues:
- Tiles sometimes load with the wrong size, too small to fill the grid space, which appears to be IE not taking notice of width and height attrs
- The bird eye view ROI (the red square) doesn't update when the image is moved, even though the CSS for it is changed. IE only refreshes those elements when certain events are triggered (mouse out on parent elements is one case)
- It is possible to trap the ROI square on a corner (https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1709#issuecomment-27865776)
