Fake channel color

Reported by: jamoore Owned by: mlinkert
Priority: minor Milestone: Unscheduled
Component: Bio-Formats Version: 5.0.2
Keywords: n.a. Cc:

References: n.a. Remaining Time: 0.0d
Sprint: n.a.

Description

It should be possible to pass channel color to the FakeReader to have the thumbnail for a fake appear in the appropriate color.

  • NB: this is a workaround for having an .fake or .fake.ini file contain SVG which would completely override the openBytes logic. *

(In [d839b83c4edc9e88792f7e323e459e705b77ed80/bioformats.git] on branch develop) FakeReader?: allow each channel's color to be specified separately

The 'color_x' keys (where x is the channel index) now set the color for
the specified channel. These keys can be used with 'color', which acts
as a default value for any missing or invalid 'color_x' values.
