Launch clients via webstart link on OMERO.web

Description

Rather than have users download new client versions, users could click on a "Launch insight" and "Launch importer" link on OmeroWeb which would provide them with the latest version via webstart.

The first phase is now completed. The importer is now included in insight so no need to have an "importer" launcher.
