Tie a single webstart icon on the desktop to a single server

Description
Rather than having users fill-out a host/port, that could be part of the webstart configuration. This would prevent users from using versions of the clients with servers which are not compatible, since each server would only serve clients which are of a matching version.

This is roughly how the downloaded JNLPs work, though having a nicer icon name would be useful. For the moment, the user can do that him/herself.
