Bug: bin/omero web config nginx leads to a corrupt var directory

Description
Trying to get nginx working with fastcgi I did the following:
- bin/omero web server fastcgi
- bin/omero web config nginx > nginx.conf
- mv nginx.conf to /opt/local/etc/nginx
- sudo nginx
Then the var directory under OMERO_HOME had its permissions changed:
